A Digital Home for Pakistan's Newest Special Technology Zone
Silicon Village is Pakistan's STZA-licensed Special Technology Zone inside Capital Smart City, Islamabad, for which Indus Valley built a full Next.js website integrated with an AI assistant to support investors, partners, and tenants.
About the Client
As a newly established technology zone, Silicon Village needed a website that could do more than present information. It needed to actively support investors and prospective tenants navigating zone benefits, incentives, and application processes, while presenting a credible, forward-looking image to an international audience.
What We Built
Indus Valley designed and developed the site on Next.js with Tailwind CSS, backed by AWS infrastructure. The standout addition was Pulse, a custom AI chat assistant built on AWS Bedrock, designed to answer visitor questions about the zone, its incentives, and its facilities in real time. The main challenge was making sure Pulse gave accurate, well-scoped answers grounded in verified zone information, rather than generic responses, so we built a dedicated knowledge base and lead capture logic behind it.
Key Features
Pulse AI Assistant: A built-in chat assistant that answers visitor questions instantly, grounded in a verified knowledge base specific to Silicon Village.
Investor and Tenant Resources: Clear, structured content covering zone benefits, incentives, and facilities for different visitor types.
Scalable Cloud Infrastructure: Built on AWS to support growth as the zone expands its tenant base and international partnerships.
The Result
Silicon Village now has a website that serves as both an information hub and an active engagement tool, helping convert visitor interest into real inquiries and partnerships as the zone continues to grow.
What We Can Do for You
If your organization needs a website that does more than inform, one that actively engages and qualifies visitors, Indus Valley can build that intelligence directly into your platform.
